Q: What can attendees expect from your presentation at Premiere Orlando?
A: Attendees can expect to learn from me at “Fashion Forward: The Secrets of Being a Celebrity Hairstylist.” Participants will learn the ins and outs of doing editorial work while taking part in a live photo shoot during the class.
Q: What is the main takeaway you would like attendees to get from your presentation at Premiere Orlando?
A: To learn from the best in the business! I will share my secrets for being a hairstylist for A-list celebrities. I will give you 3 steps for styling clients for the red carpet.
Q: What's the best advice you could give to your fellow artists?
A: Always surround yourself with positive people and great artists to boost your talent.
Q: What's the best advice you have ever received?
A: “Do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life.”
Q: Talent/knowledge not being a factor, if you weren’t a beauty professional what career would you have?
A: Having started as a shampoo girl for my mother growing up in the family salon in Los Angeles, I am a third-generation hair stylist who originally aspired to become a fashion designer.
Q: What's your favorite movie?
A: The Color Purple would be my top choice.
Q: What's your dream vacation?
A: Bora Bora or Fiji.
Q: What are things that can always brighten your day?
A: My son, a good bible scripture, and music for the soul.
Q: What beauty tool/product, do you think needs to get more love?
