I am a first time client at the Kimble Hair Studio, what do I need to know?
For all first time clients who are planning to have hair enhancements, you must book an one-time consultation, where we will explore your options and determine how we are going to proceed with your new look. All first appointments require a non-refundable deposit to hold one’s first appointment.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at LEAST 24 hours prior. If you are within the 24 hour time-frame, there will be a $25 fee applied.
We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

Where are the Kimble Beauty Bounce Back Curl products sold?
Yes! How do I purchase the Kim Kimble Professional Products?
The Kim Kimble Professional Products, Silk Collection and Silk Vapor Flat Iron are only sold on HSN. Please visit, HSN.com to make a purchase.
How do I purchase wigs and extensions from the HairDrobe line?
Currently HairDrobe is offered in the Kimble Hair Studio; please contact the salon for more information.
Where is Kim Kimble’s product line manufactured?
We manufacture our wet product line in the USA.
Where does Kim Kimble sell her product?

What is your best seller?

Do you sell the tank for the Kim Kimble Vapor Iron by itself?
No parts are sold separately.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is based off of total weight and distance delivered. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart after your order has been placed.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do – we are international.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

Can I return the hair I bought?
No, it is a health hazard.
Can I cancel my order or change it?
We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted since we aim toprocess all orders as soon as possible. For urgent requests please contact us as soon aspossible at customer service email:
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, sales tax is applied to orders according to the products purchased and the sales taxlaws required by the state in the shipping address.
What if I do not receive a confirmation of my order?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
PO, APO, FPO, DPO’s – We cannot ship to PO Boxes via FedEx and will need to adjustshipping to USPS at the shipping facility. Due to regulation/restrictions, we are unable toship Aerosols to APO, FPO and DPO locations.
Can you ship to Events or Hotels, Resorts?
We do not advise the shipping of products to none permanent addresses (hotels,vacation homes etc.) and cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced at adestination where you (the purchaser) are not responsible for the acceptance of delivery. Ifyou do choose to have packages delivered to hotels etc. please ensure that the location isaware of the package arrival ahead of time.
Can I exchange my product?
